Two Brothers, Two Borders
The opening reception on Friday March 22, from 5 – 9 pm will be a chance for the public to welcome the Leyva Brothers during their first trip to the Dallas Metroplex.
In further celebration of Latino culture, LuminArte is proud to host Alejandro and Esteban Leyva, two Cuban brothers who share a passion for creativity. Living in Miami, Alejandro Leyva reflects the vibrancy of his Cuban roots while embracing the exuberance of the Miami arts and culture scene, while Esteban Leyva depicts the intensity of life in Havana, Cuba through his large scale abstract paintings. Having grown up in a highly creative family, both artists have exhibited their artworks worldwide and have developed uniquely refined artistic styles and perspectives.
